Shipping
Each piece is printed and framed when you order — nothing sits on a warehouse shelf. Production usually takes two to five business days; the frame then leaves from the facility nearest your address, packed on its own so the moulding and glazing stay protected in transit.
Most orders in the United States reach the door within about one to two weeks of checkout. International deliveries take longer, often up to three weeks depending on the carrier and customs. Shipping is calculated at checkout; you get a tracking link once the package is on its way.
If it arrives wrong
Because every edition is made for you, we cannot take pieces back for a change of mind or a different size. If the print arrives damaged, misprinted, or never turns up, write within thirty days of delivery (or of the date it was due) with a clear photo of the frame and the outer carton — we will replace it or refund you in full. No need to ship anything back.
